| Bio: |  Name: Raziel AKA Thomas Stabile What world they came from: Original Character Birthday (if known): One of the first angels created by God. Says his birthday is on February 1st. Species: Angel Occupation: Back on Earth, Raziel worked as a teacher. Appearance: Much like Flauros, Raziel has three distinct forms: A human form, an animal form, and his angelic form. In his human form he appears as a good looking man with dark hair, dark eyes, a tall stature, and a good build. His face looks somewhat squarish, because of his pronounced jaw line, and his skin is tan in color. In his animal form he takes the form of a brightly colored green serpent that's nine feet long. In his angelic form he appears much like he does in his human form, only this time he radiates a yellow glow, has six wings, and his robes appear to be made of water. Special abilities/talents: Raziel has the ability to absorb, and store all information that he receives. He also had the ability to travel between realms, but that power wouldn't work in CU. Raziel loves to read, and write, and he's good with the symbology of numbers. In fact another one of his powers is the ability to manipulate numbers into a formula to do what he wants. With the right numerical formula, Raziel can for example control the air for a certain amount of time. He also has the ability to conjure up sigils which is mainly only useful for trapping demons like Flauros, and creating protective barriers around things. Another one of Raziel's talents is his ability to perform party tricks, and he's also a decent cook. Quirks: While being a know it all type, Raziel is amazingly not very good in social situations. Back in Heaven while other angels would be partying, Raziel would be writing down all the secrets of God. Raziel also likes reading and watching anything that has his namesake in it, because it amuses him. He's also a very fast talker, and cusses quite frequently for an angel. Personality: Fiercely loyal to God, and willing to do anything for his creator, Raziel is extremely smart and studious. He is often quite willing to share the secrets of God to anyone who may desire them who is also worthy. However, Raziel has little to no patience and oft times becomes rude, bitter, and cynical towards people who he views as stupid. This doesn't mean that Raziel is evil, because in fact he's quite good. Deep down inside he loves humans, but he only wishes that God would have made them a little smarter. Sexual orientation: Asexual. He has no desire to ever have sex, and besides he doesn't have the parts. Reputation: Back in Heaven, Raziel was seen as a very wise, observant, but a socially disinclined angel. He was also seen as somewhat rude, cranky, and a smart ass. On Earth, Thomas (Raziel's alias) was considered by his students to be a challenging teacher, but one who always taught well. His peers considered him to be a loner of sorts as well. Background Information: In the beginning God created a bunch of angels (one for every little thing on Earth practically.) The second angel he created was Raziel, an angel who would be known as the angel of mysteries and the secret of God. After the two falls in Heaven, that wiped out one third of the angels, God created Adam and Eve. At the time Raziel was excited about the creation of these two beings, and watched in Heaven while God did his work. The angel watched from above as the two lived happily in Paradise, and he also watched as Lucifer convinced Eve to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. He watched as Adam ate from it, and he watched the two fall from grace. Disheartened, Raziel stayed close to God, and for the next month he wrote all the secrets of God. When at last the book was completed, Raziel gave it to Adam, and told him it would show him the way back home. No sooner was the book given to Adam that a group of jealous angels stole the book, and cast it into the sea. God commanded Rahab to return the book to Adam, and so Rahab did. For the next two millenia the original writing was passed from one person to another. While Raziel was once wise, and patient, a certain event all but stripped him of his patience. He had never been keen on mankind writing the Bible, and for one essential reason. While writing the story of creation, and the fall of mankind, almost all scholars called the tree that was not to be eaten from, 'the Tree of Knowledge' leaving out the 'of good and evil.' part. This made the angel quite upset, because knowledge and wisdom are not bad things, but mankind didn't need to have knowledge of good and evil. With permission from God, Raziel went down to Earth and tried to change this error, but with little success. For the next 2000 years or so, Raziel went to and from Heaven and Earth to either try and fix the errors caused by mankind's stupidity. Around the 19th century, Raziel soon learned about something that amazed him. Earth had over a million possible realms, each one created by an action or inaction of every single person on Earth. He even discovered that there were several realms linked to God himself. With his ability, Raziel visited several of these realms, and was both amazed and shocked by what he had seen. He immediately wrote down all of the things he had learned, and made an attempt to teach humans about the wonders he had seen. Unfortunately, most of them passed it off as heresy and never really listened. This frustratred Raziel a great deal of course, but he never gave up. In 2007, Raziel received information that the Apocalypse would begin very very soon. Before he could ascend back to Heaven he was pulled to Asgard. Heaven or Hell? Heaven | |||||||||
